Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate shipping fee of $12.95
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Automatically applied to orders over $50
- Economical option for larger purchases
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote locations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We design our furniture to elevate your living spaces, and we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our design-forward furniture. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right through repair, replacement, or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (unassembled, unused, with all original packaging and tags)
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Important Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective:
- Bedroom furniture with upholstery (including beds, headboards, and bedroom benches)
- Hammocks
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (including return address)
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. For non-defective returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after delivery):
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of return inspection
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value:
- For higher-priced items: You’ll be charged the difference
- For lower-priced items: We’ll refund the difference
- Your replacement item will ship within 3 business days with the same shipping method as your original order
