If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind the quality of our design-forward furniture. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right through repair, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unassembled, unused, with all original packaging and tags)
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, bedroom furniture with upholstery (including beds, headboards, and bedroom benches) and hammocks are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (including return address)
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. For non-defective returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after delivery):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 3 business days with the same shipping method as your original order.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
